2018 Christmas Order Deadlines
Last-minute online Christmas shopping can be stressful. Will my parcel arrive? Will I need to do a last-minute Christmas Eve dash? Here is our guide to Christmas posting cut-off times to help make your Christmas stress-free!
We always recommend you order items required for Christmas as far in advance as possible but completely understand a busy life doesn’t always allow you to do so. With this in mind, you can find our last recommended Christmas order dates for 2018:
Standard Delivery within the UK
Our Standard Delivery within the UK is generally sent by Royal Mail. For the best chance of receiving your goods in time for Christmas, please place all orders by 12-noon on Wednesday 19th December.
For added peace of mind, you might wish to upgrade to Express Delivery within the UK.
Our Standard Delivery cost is £1.95, but any orders over £7 in the UK will receive free delivery.
Express Delivery within the UK
For extra peace of mind, many customers upgrade to Express Delivery during the festive season. Our Express Delivery service from Interlink costs just £3.50 and offers a tracked and signed-for service with a 1-hour delivery slot.
If you select Express Delivery, orders need to be placed by 11 am on Thursday 20th December to give you the best chance of delivery in time for Christmas.
Please note, with any of our postal services, while we always do our best to get them to you in time for Christmas, we cannot guarantee their arrival as sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise.

If you live overseas or are ordering from the UK and sending to someone overseas, your order needs to be placed a little earlier. These orders will be sent by Royal Mail Air Mail service.

- Wednesday 5th December - Asia, Cyprus, Far East, Eastern Europe, Caribbean, Central & South America
- Saturday 8th December - Australia, Greece, New Zealand, Turkey
- Wednesday 12th December – Canada, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Poland, USA
- Thursday 13th December - Finland, Sweden,
- Friday 14th December - Austria, Denmark, Germany, Iceland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland
- Saturday 15th December - Belgium, France, Ireland, Luxembourg
- For orders to operational BFPO addresses Saturday 24th November, to static BFPO addresses Wednesday 12th December.
Please allow us one working day to process your order. If you are close to the order deadline please email email@example.com or telephone our Customer Services team on (+44) 01963 824199 and we will do our best to ensure that the order meets the deadline.
Personalised diaries and Busy Days items
Please note, Personalised orders are likely to be subject to an additional delay during the Christmas period. Orders placed after 2pm on Tuesday 18th December cannot be guaranteed in time for Christmas. Our team of personalisation experts is small and are extra busy during the Christmas period. We will of course do our best to send your items quickly but cannot guarantee Christmas delivery.

Boxclever Press Customer Service Christmas opening hours
The Boxclever Press office will be closed from 1pm on Friday 21st December and will re-open at 9am on Wednesday 2nd January.
