Following the government's announcement on the 31st of October 2020 we'd like to update all of our customers. We have continuously monitored the changing COVID-19 situation and have followed government guidelines. For our team members who have remained in Boxclever Press HQ we have implemented social distancing and strict safety measures with the highest levels of hygiene to ensure we keep them safe and to continue to get your parcels to you safely.
Our dedication and commitment to serve our customers has not changed, our website remains open and we’re able to fulfil your orders as normal. We have always prided ourselves in being a digital business for non-digital products, and as such, our brilliant team are working remotely during these unprecedented times to continue to create beautiful stationery that sets out to help you claim some calmness and organisation in life.
Despite our team being spread out across the South West, we’d like to reassure our customers that our wonderful customer service team is still on hand to offer the high level of support and service you’ve come to expect from us. We are still able to receive any returned products you may send back, process refunds and send out any replacement products.
