We are looking for a new team member to join our busy Despatch Department. If being organised, methodical and having everything "just-so" is you, read on!

Boxclever Press is a leading stationery brand with a worldwide focus, specialising in making beautiful home stationery for busy people and offer a range of carefully designed calendars, diaries and organisational stationery.

We’re also really proud to have received external recognition for our business. In 2019 we received The Queen’s Award for Enterprise and most recently, as winners in the Blackmore Business Awards Best Place to Work.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

  • Website order despatch - printing, picking and packing

  • Quality control of items being sent out

  • Assist with preparation of larger orders

  • Ensure Despatch area and wider Warehouse is kept clean and tidy

  • All other tasks reasonably needed to ensure the safe and timely running of Boxclever Press’ Despatch function

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Attention to detail

  • A ‘happy to help’ & positive demeanour

  • A “can-do” attitude

  • Good time-keeping

  • Basic written and verbal English
