Online Sales Executive

We are looking for not one, but two, Online Sales Executives to join our fast-growing business. We would love to hear from you if you have the skills and experience we are looking for!

Boxclever Press is a leading stationery brand with a worldwide focus. Our office is based in the beautiful Blackmore Vale close to the A303, on the borders of North Dorset and South Somerset.

We specialise in making beautiful home stationery for busy people and offer a range of carefully designed calendars, diaries and organisational stationery. We’re also really proud to have received external recognition for our business. In 2019 we received The Queen’s Award for Enterprise and most recently, as winners in the Blackmore Business Awards Best Place to Work.

Job Purpose:

Boxclever has a strong focus on sales in the UK, EU and the US via Amazon and the job holder will be responsible for improving, promoting and monitoring sales through these channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the overall day to day administrative responsibilities on the Amazon and eBay marketplaces

  • Listing and launching new products on the marketplaces including writing listings in accordance with our company strategy

  • Optimising listings on the marketplaces in accordance with our company strategy

  • Analyse product performance and trends on the marketplaces

  • Assisting the Customer Services Team with any customer issues on the marketplace

  • Manage, monitor and report on product feedback on the marketplaces

  • Increase traffic through marketplace promotions and marketing tools

  • Keep up-to-date with new marketplace initiatives to help grow the business

  • Communicating with fulfilment partners to ensure all orders are shipped and any issues are fixed in a timely manner

  • Help resolve all marketplace issues

  • Assist with managing and optimising our stock level across multiple fulfilment metrics

  • Assisting the Director of Operations in increasing revenue in all marketplaces using company strategy software

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Commercially aware and driven by increasing account revenue

  • Strong analytical and sales skills

  • Keen eye for detail

  • Strong numeracy and English skills

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Ability to work to team targets

  • Work well at a fast pace and under pressure

  • Be a dynamic self-starter

  • Great communication skills including written English and grammar

  • Proficiency with Google Suite (in particular Sheets)

  • German, French, Italian, Spanish or Dutch language skills would be useful but are by no means essential.
