Delivery Charges

Getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible is our top priority

We recommend registering as a customer when you checkout so you can stay up to date with your order’s progress by visiting the ‘My Account’ section on the website.

We try to ensure that orders received before 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays), will be processed the same day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us stating that your order is on its way. If you have selected a tracked postal service, you will receive tracking information too.

UK – Free delivery for all UK orders £7 and over.

FREE when you spend £7.00 and are based in the UK

Sent via Royal Mail, delivery usually 2 - 5 days from dispatch*. This is a non-tracked service.

UK – Standard delivery. UK orders less than £7

£1.95

Sent via Royal Mail, delivery usually 2 - 5 days from dispatch*. This is a non-tracked service.

UK – Express, tracked delivery

£3.50

Requires signature on delivery. Delivery usually 1 - 2 day service*. Order before 2pm for best chance of next day delivery.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day. The courier will send your tracking details via email and SMS if you include your mobile telephone number.

Delivery usually 2 - 3 days from dispatch*.

Sent via DHL. See full list of countries where this service is available on the DHL website.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or UK Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Tracking information will be provided via email.

Rest of World – Non-Tracked

£6.99

This service is non-tracked and is provided by Royal Mail. Unfortunately, this postal option does not have suggested timescales due to the differing distances and local postal services involved.

Once your parcel arrives in the destination country, it is delivered by the country’s local postal service. Please note, for added peace of mind, we recommend selecting our ‘Rest of World – Tracked’ service instead.

 

Rest of World – Tracked

£9.99

Depending on the weight of the parcel, a signature might be required.

Your dispatch email will confirm the delivery service and whether a signature will be required upon delivery.

Sent via DHL or Royal Mail.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day. Tracking information will be provided via email. 

 

Rest of World delivery information

Please note, if you are outside of the European Union, all orders will be sent with fares itemised commercial invoices. This includes all the relevant details for your own country’s customs authorities. The customer is responsible for any additional fares or duties levied by Customs officials. We cannot alter the wording on this label to avoid the payment of charges.

There are a number of postcodes in the United Kingdom to which delivery is likely to take longer. Please be aware of this when placing your order, and wherever possible, allow plenty of time to ensure your order arrives with you as needed.

*How long will my parcel take to arrive?

Sometimes, due to situations beyond our control, delivery timescales may vary. These suggested delivery times are not guaranteed but we always do our best to ensure your parcel reaches you as quickly as possible.

Please note, we do not despatch on Bank Holidays or weekends, and during peak times of the year such as back to school in September, during the Christmas period and at the start of the New Year, delivery times may be slightly extended. Therefore, during these times, we recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

My parcel hasn’t arrived, can you help?

If you selected any of our tracked services for your parcel delivery, we will be able to help you track your order. Ensure you have your tracking number to hand (provided by the courier), your order number and your postcode.

If you selected our UK – Standard Delivery or received free delivery with your order, it has been sent via Royal Mail 1st class, this means it is not traceable. Five working days must elapse after confirmation of your order’s dispatch before a replacement item can be sent. In the first instance, we will ask you to contact your local postal sorting office to check that the parcel is not being held by them for collection.

All of our EU services are sent using a tracked service and we will be able to trace the order for you.

If you are based in the US and selected ‘Worldwide Tracked’ but have not received your order within 5 - 9 days from dispatch, please contact us and we will help you trace your order.

If you have opted to use ‘Rest of World - Non-tracked’, we would ask you to wait 28 days from receipt of your dispatch confirmation email before contacting us. We ask you to allow for this time period to pass as there are occasions where goods are delayed at some point in the journey and take longer than expected to arrive.

We always recommend selecting a tracked service for peace of mind – we use a number of couriers to ensure we can offer you the best rates possible for such services.
