I would like to return my item, how can I do this?
We want you to be happy with your Boxclever Press stationery. We know how important it is to get the product that is right for you, after all many of our products will be used by you every day of the year! So, if you find that you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept a return within four weeks of its delivery.

Please ensure that you include your name and address plus your order number and a copy of your dispatch note if available. We would also be grateful if you could let us know your reason for the return, to enable us to monitor feedback on our products.
The item must be returned to us unused, undamaged and preferably in its original packaging. Return postage is at the customer’s expense. You will receive a refund for the product value which will be repaid to you using the original method of payment. The dispatch postage cost will not be refunded.
Please note that we will only issue a refund if the product is fit for resale. We will not refund customers for products that have been written in or marked in any way.
If you have bought our products from a shop or store and wish to return them please contact the store directly.
If you purchased your item through our Amazon store, returns must be processed through Amazon.
Unfortunately, due to the bespoke finishing of Personalised items, unless faulty, these cannot be returned.
Who pays the return postage cost if I wish to return my order?
This is the responsibility of the person returning the goods. We do not cover the postage cost of returning items to us.
If you opt to have your goods delivered by UK – Express tracked delivery, and then wish to return your order, postage - where eligible to be refunded - will only be up to the amount of UK Standard delivery costs (£1.95).
We suggest when returning items to us, you use a traceable posting method to ensure your item is received and to ensure your refund processed.
There is a fault with my order, what shall I do?
We do hope that none of our products reach you incomplete or faulty. If unfortunately something has gone wrong and there is a fault with your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01963 824199 and we will do our best to ensure that the problem is solved as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please note that we may ask you to email us some photos of the fault or to return the item to us.
