Shipping policy

We try to ensure that orders received before 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays), will be processed the same day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us stating that your order is on its way. If you have selected a tracked postal service, you will receive tracking information too.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Standard UK – Free delivery for UK orders over £10 | £2.95 for UK orders less than £10
Sent via Royal Mail, delivery usually 2 - 5 working days from dispatch*. 
This is a non-tracked service

 

*Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day. The courier will send your tracking details via email and SMS if you include your mobile telephone number.
